Request types

• Access to personal information associated with your account
• Correction of account or profile details
• Deletion requests where legally and operationally available
• Export requests for data the product can reasonably provide

Current process

The official channel for a privacy request is email to privacy@legalpicsapp.com. Include enough information to identify the account, organization, or case involved. Do not send passwords or unnecessary sensitive case details by email.

Do not submit a privacy request through the general support form. That form is for product support; use this email process for access, correction, deletion, or export requests.

What to expect

We review requests case by case and respond based on the nature of the request, the information involved, and our legal obligations. In some situations, we may need to verify identity, request additional details, or retain limited records for security, legal, or compliance reasons.
